DATA HANDLING PRACTICES

How We Protect and Manage Your Data

Our data handling practices are built around the principle that you should always know what we hold and why.

Account Security

Your account credentials are stored using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and account access is monitored for unusual login patterns. You can update your security details from the account settings page at any time.

Cookie Usage

We use cookies to keep your session active, remember your language preference and analyse how pages are used. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent through the cookie settings banner that appears on your first visit to the site.

Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we pass only the minimum data required to the payment processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our servers — payment tokenisation handles that on the processor's side.

Data Retention

Active account data is kept while your account remains open. If you close your account, we retain only what local regulatory obligations require, and we delete the rest within 30 days of the closure being confirmed by our team.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with third parties only where strictly necessary — payment processors, fraud-prevention services and analytics providers operating under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing purposes.

Your Rights and Requests

You have the right to access, correct, port or request deletion of your personal data. Submit a request via the Help Centre form or email our privacy team. We verify your identity before acting on any request to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Frequently Asked Privacy Questions

The questions below cover the data rights and privacy practices that account holders ask about most. If your question is not answered here, our privacy team is reachable via the channels listed in the Contact section above.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you provide during identity verification. Payment method details — such as your UPI ID or Paytm-linked number — are recorded to process deposits and withdrawals securely.

Transaction data passed to UPI networks and PhonePe is limited to what the processor needs to complete the transfer. We do not log full bank account numbers; tokenised references are used instead, and all transmission is encrypted in transit.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through our Help Centre form or email the privacy team directly. After we verify your identity, we will compile and deliver your data within 14 working days in a commonly used, readable format.

Contact us via email or the Help Centre form and select the deletion request option. Once your identity is confirmed, we delete the data we are not required to retain by local regulation within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

No. We do not sell or share your personal data for third-party marketing. Data is shared only with payment processors, fraud-detection services and analytics providers under strict data-processing agreements that prohibit them from using it for other purposes.

When you close your account, we retain only the records that local regulatory requirements oblige us to keep. All other personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure confirmation. You will receive a written confirmation once deletion is complete.

Log in and navigate to your account settings to update contact details yourself. For identity-verified fields such as your legal name or date of birth, contact our support team with a valid document; changes are processed within 5 working days.
